PADS for Girls Monthly Mentorship Sessions:

We believe every girl deserves to manage their period with dignity. Period poverty shouldn't keep girls out of school or make them feel ashamed. That's why we fight: To ensure affordable access to menstrual products. To break the stigma surrounding menstruation. To educate girls on critical topics like: Building self-esteem

Our Impact:

We empower 40 adolescent girls (20 per location) through two years of monthly mentoring sessions every 1st Saturday of each month.

Every July, our girls rollup their sleeves to tackle a critical community challenge: SANITATION. Following educational sessions on environmental health, they take action by organizing and leading community- wide clean-up campaigns.

Service Day

Service Day

Each December, our girls dedicate their time to supporting orphanages, hospitals, or local organizations, transforming them into active contributors to their communities and the world.

Our Impact: Since 2019, over 340+ young women have contributed more than 4+ hours each to volunteer initiatives, totaling thousands of service hours.

Programs & Initiatives

Back to School Drive:

Organized August / September Yearly To equip our primarily school-aged beneficiaries for academic success, we’ve annually distributed essential school supplies since 2021. From fresh clothing to writing tools, we’ve empowered over 340+ young minds to confidently pursue their education.
Programs & Initiatives

Vocational Skills Training:

To graduate and earn certification, all mentees must complete a three-month vocational skills training program.

To equip our graduating mentees with sustainable livelihoods, we conduct a skills assessment in January of their final year. Based on popular demand, we provide a three-month vocational training program. This empowers our alumni with the skills and confidence to generate income, ensuring long-term access to menstrual products and financial stability.
